Refund policy

At Made of Memories, all our products are customized and made specially for each customer.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.

However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Printing issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos on WhatsApp or Instagram.

Replacement will be provided after verification.

No refund will be applicable on customized products once production has started.
